Can I change my subscription?At SourcingHound, we know that candidate need, and business urgency changes all the time so with just a short notice period, you can change your subscription at any time.

How does SourcingHound’s subscriptions work?We embed ourselves exclusively with your recruitment. We offer several packages dependent on your scale of hiring. Infused with our Digital Tech suite, each subscription will provide you with certain key features and benefits. Our subscription suite allows you to select the best fit for your business.

Do you only provide subscription?We feel that subscription is the best way for the best return on investment, but if you’re not quite ready to commit to a monthly based fee – we can provide pay-per hire & contract hire so whatever you need, we’ve got you covered.

If I don’t think I need a subscription anymore, can I cancel it?Yes. We know that you can be hit with sudden changes in business so if you feel a subscription is no longer needed, please let your account manager know – we just require a notice period.

How does Live Video Resume technology work?Video technology pushes the boundaries of the traditional paper resume. You get a feel for the candidate from the get-go on how they interact, how they come across and how they are right for the role. You can ask bespoke questions that are key for the role, so you know in advance if the candidate is right. You can also make a short introduction video for each successfully screened candidate, giving them a detailed overview of your business.
